2. For the wealthy that stay in such places regularly, I imagine this type of service is expected and they may take this for granted but for someone like myself, this is the the absolute exception.

9. This is an old building that has been lovingly restored & updated -- it wonderfully manages to maintain it's classic elegance & style with all the modern comforts you would expect (the bathroom is the exception.
