Some shortcomings:Rooms are a bit small, my girlfriend and I are both under 6 ft tall and medium sized people and felt we were in a room fit for only one person even though we had a king-sized bed; dark--very small windows (avoid rooms ending in `03,`04, `05, `06 and lower floors facing Broadway), small closets, old TV, uninspired decor, not very plush towels, the hotel can use a remodel soon, I think.
