1. While a bit pricier than your average Holiday Inn, Kimptons are usually comparable in price to Hyatts, Marroitts, and Hiltons, but offer a much more personal experience Hotel Vintage Plaza is no exception.

3. If you are in doubt about where to stay, this hotel is in a great location, rooms are nice (except that room on the 8th floor), wine hour every evening, coffee in the morning as well as newspaper, staff offer great suggestions on places to see and where to eat.

4. The hotel has had a nice upgrade and would have been 5 star except the maintenance is slipping around the edges, though it was the end of the busy season and I am sure the attention to detail will return in the next few weeks.
