4. The worst is when there is a rock concert- After the recent VanHalen concert I had to call security twice on the room next door- And the absolute worst is when the recent 'chicken-wing' eating contest was held (this party starts at something like midnight and goes on into the morning).

5. At check-in some of the staff is quite friendly and helpful- Others can be machine like with almost no interest in being helpful or interested in your needs.
