6. Being so close to the sporting arenas also has it's drawbacks, such as requiring parking passes (free to guests) during events and waiting for elevators.

9. Although I will say, they allowed us to stay in the lot for free after checkout recently to attend a game, which was a nice gesture (it wasn't crazy busy.

10. Also means your best bet if you're planning an overnight stay, is to plan to stay overnight after the game, that way you'll be able to take advantage of free parking at hotel (considering stadium lots can be pricey).
