5. Inez at reception was truly exceptional and went out of her way to ensure that we had all the information we needed, set up an alarm call, reserve the shuttle to the airport, get a meal and a drink at the restaurant, .

6. The interior of the hotel seems to be going under some renovations, the gift shop was closed, so we were unable to get a snack or beverage except from the drink machine on our floor.
