4. The hallway on the 20th floor felt like a sauna, and it took a very long time for the air conditioner in the room to cool the room down.

8. It's right downtown for tourist attractions, an $8 cab from Gino's or Pat's, it's just north from tons of restaurants, bars, a four story anthropology, and the like.

9. I will say of the heating and air conditioning, you can set it so that you feel like your in the tropics, or feel like your at the North Pole, and everything in between, and it was very quiet.
