1. The chamber maid that did our room was one of the best I've ever had putting special touches in our room each day - folding clothes, putting a wash cloth under my cosmetics, and best yet honored my wishes to NOT change the linens thus saving water and electricity.

The second time the man conceirge gave me two bum steers: (i) he told me of the best place to buy soiuvenirs which turned out to be a very crappy convenience store near city hall, and (ii) he told me about the African American museum and I walked the 10-12 blocks to find it was CLOSED every Monday.
