1. I stayed there for a few nights, and I found the hotel adequate, but the interior of my room was in need of an upgrade.

5. The desk staff should be advising guests of these charges perhaps they have been told not to? In regards to the room and the amenities - the room was adequate, the bathroom however was tiny.
