9. positives:* room was very clean* bed was comfortable* one of the largest hotel closets I`ve ever seen* sofa had a pullout bed* balcony* kitchen suite was helpful* very friendly staff* free breakfast - I`ve read some complaints about this in other reviews and I thought the food was pretty average free hotel breakfast, but they did have an omelette station* managers reception - we didn`t partake, but there was an option to drink on the houseNegatives* building is oval shaped so rooms are shaped like pie pieces and the entrance doors were three or four inches apart* kitchen suite was looked dated (although clean)* bathroom towel rack and shower curtain rod were both loose* didn`t have a business center* all the vending machines were on the second floor* there was a concierge station, but no one was ever at it* the elevators were very slowly and at one point, only one of the three elevators was functioningHotel is undergoing renovations that will likely address some of the negatives.
