9. but the rooms are very large-more like a one bedroom condo-separate balcony that you can walk out onto-killer view of logan square- large living room- kitchen area- seriously.

10. the elevator waiting area is (surprise) like that in a condo- you're in the middle of three elevator shafts with doors surrounding you.
