The staff did their best, helping to direct people in the unbelievably crowded breakfast space--a free breakfast is never worth the kind of wait for seating and fresh buffet food that we experienced--and maybe they learned that booking all those triathlon people (with bikes, which didn't fit in the elevators except when standing on end--awkward for other passengers.
