1. The hotel was very busy and the staff was generally courteous, although if we mentioned any of our concerns, the response was ' We have a large group here today.

4. There are always cabs waiting at the hotel if you want one and the staff was generally nice.

5. The bathroom is fine, and the whole suite was generally clean and well kept even if you wouldn't mistake it for the Ritz Carlton that's across the street.

7. generally, I love the Embassy Suites chain, because you get both a outer room and inner bedroom for the price of one room at other hotels, but the spaciousness of these rooms was above and beyond.

8. generally we try to stay at hotels that are just outside of major cities but we decided to stay in the city because we didn't want to waste time on our vacation traveling.

9. 00 in the morning and ended up that I called the general Manager in my room as they have been using the Drillmachine on the roof above my room2) The Internet was always not good, but it then was not working for 8 hours flat and when calling reception they have asked you to call the Network operator which was promising a solution within an hour - after 10 hours I just left the hotel.
