1. The hotel is great, but the main reason is because Jack truly makes me feel special and helps me feel at ease when there is so much involved in moving your kids into their dorms.

10. reasonably quiet, coffee pot in room needed cleaning, room was otherwise clean, staff were not friendly, seemed stressed, hard for us to believe that no rooms were available for check in prior to 4:00 pm.
