5. The only assistance I required was at check-in and while they were busy there were three people manning the desk (at 11pm no less) and they were extremely pleasant and helpful.

8. It's a pity because the rest of the staff were pleasant and helpful, if slightly overwhelmed, the restaurant serves a good buffet breakfast featuring custom made omlettes and there were a small but usable pool and fitness center.
