Check your receipts-I complained to credit card company-Crowne Plaza sent faxed report to credit card company-they forwarded it to me-erroneous info regarding my stay AND someone's initials -not my signature-billing dispute currently being reviewed by credit card company--rooms are a good size-water hot this time, plenty towels-Target, Starbucks, even Verizon-TD Bank in close proximity-lighting needs to be improved in the hallways-it's too dark and gloomy-.

2. Parking isn't easy if you try to park in the front by TGI Fridays but if you pull around back there were plenty of spaces and it allowed for easy access by the pool.
