2. As others have mentioned, there's a huge homeless problem in the city and I found people walking in and out who obviously weren't staying at the hotel, the coffee on tap is a draw, naturally.

6. The only good thing I would say about this hotel is that the breakfast area is huge, so much bigger than the usual Hampton, because it's in the lower level in their ballroom and there was lots of room.

8. My husbands meeting ran over the day of check out so when I inquired if I could hangout in the room a bit longer, they agreed to let me stay until the cleaning team needed to come in at 1 which was a HUGE help since check out was 11 and I couldn't pick up the hubs until 2.
