1. The internet machines on this level were fairly slow and kept freezing up, and I felt a little unwelcomed by staff who are generally superb at Hampton Inns I've frequented in the past.

7. The staff in general is friendly and will look you in the eye during conversations with an obvious interest in customer satisfaction.

8. Even the general Manager was on site at breakfast making sure everything went smoothly and was helping to keep the tables clean on a very busy morning.
