1. The venue is quiet and conducive to conversation.

2. The location can't be beat - steps away from city hall, the subway, and a pretty solid array of shops and restaurants within the surrounding few blocks, although as with most of Center City, its a little too quiet at night.

3. The lobby is one floor up, and there I was greeted by a wonderful front desk associate, Ryan Thomas, who got me just what I needed - a quiet room with good work space.
