1. Nice shower, but only one big Westin towel That's OK I thought, for $300 there must be a turn down service, so no problem there will be a new once for my morning shower.

3. The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were big, good hair-dryer, nice enough towels, and it's nice that the hotel is attached to the Liberty mall.

9. Larry Johnson, Tony Trunfio, 'big Mike' and the rest of the guys are always willing to go out of their way for us and we often find ourselves having a nice conversation with all of them as we come and go from the hotel.

10. From delivering a pile of board games to the lobby, to Wii on the big screen tv for the kids, to the concierge calling around to find out what was still open (which wasn't much).
