Check in was very friendly and smooth, the room was nicely appointed with flat screen TV, very large work desk, seating area with nice comfy chair and ottoman, The Westin Heavenly Bed is always a treat and the double headed showerhead of the heavenly bath is a great way to wake up every morning.
