4. I am a huge breakfast buffet fan (and most Marriott hotels do great ones on a daily basis), but there is no such thing at Westin during the week - they do buffets on the weekends.

7. ) - but they do not bother putting the true 4 star things in the room itself (in my mind that includes shower gel, Q-tips, and cotton balls, but could and perhaps should expand to the shoe mitt, shower cap, sewing kit, and mouthwash - unnecessary most of the time and probably a huge wasted cost but always a nice gesture).
