1. I think the reason this hotel gets such wonderful reviews is that for the very moderate price you pay in Philly, you get a nice stay.

2. If you're driving, the hotel has an arrangement with a parking lot 2 blocks away for a rate of $15 per 24 hours, very reasonable in a large city.
