3. My only minor criticisms are really down to personal taste - the ensuite bathroom was a wet room with a shower and however careful you are, the rest of the room gets wet when you shower.

5. No sumptuous luxury either, but who cares when you get a clean&comfy room, free first-rate breakfast (with fresh flower arrangements by the local florist on the table), free wifi, a gym, and complementary smiles.
