2. Initially planned as a new York City visit with a day trip to Philadelphia, it was eventually changed into an open-jaw itinerary where I would actually fly into Philadelphia first and spend the first two nights there.

7. The night clerk moved me to a new room, but then the day clerk thought moving me to a new room was enough to compensate for losing a night's worth of sleep---and the trauma of the mouse in my backpack.

9. My only suggestion: offer your guests the ability to explicitly opt-out from new towels every day (and stick to it, unlike the hypocritical 'save the planet' programmes in big chains that then proceed to change your towel anyway) -- it's such a waste.
