1. I could see that this might be a problem on the weekend (I stayed mid-week), since the neighborhood is one of the most fabulous, fun places to go out in the city.

7. The staff was always friendly and willing to give advice on great places to eat and fun things to do in the city, and they`re always happy to explain public transit.

8. Overall, i would return for the fun artwork in the rooms, nice neighbohood, reasonable price and fun lobby but the hotel needs to work just a bit on their service if they want to be the 'boutique' hotel that they claim to be.
