1. We were very happy with our room, the free internet and fortunately, the package we booked included the daily resort fee, so the cost was reasonable.

4. They have no flat screen TVs or desks in their rooms which I found that very odd since the commercial is one of the reason why we decided again to stay at this Best Western.

7. It would have been nice to have breakfast included but they have reasonably priced food items (biscuits and such - which were really good) if you didn't want to eat the buffet (which we never ate so I don't know how that food was).

10. If you are paying out of pocket the room rates alone are reasonable but then there's a lot of add on fees- resort fee, refrigerator (optional), and breakfast (optional) which could add a lot onto your bill.
