1. But, in our stay here only Sharon at front desk seemed to have accurate info and practiced exceptional customer service.

8. At this buffet, everything was terrible except for the waffles and bacon (of all things), and that is only because you get to cook the waffles yourself with a Mickey-shaped waffle iron.

10. As far as cleanliness, the hotel is kept up pretty well, except for the restrooms in the lobby, which were very dirty.
