1. The one thing we were really impressed about our hotel stay was the response to our 'how was your stay' card we always fill out when traveling, as a few days after we arrived home we received a very nice e-mail from the manager thanking is for our comments and for staying at Best Western.

5. Our room was very nice and roomy with a couch and chair to boot so we had an extra sitting room (we had a king size bed.
