1. We arrived early and instead of being greeted with a smile and welcome, I had to engage the front desk clerk.

4. on our last visit we stayed in a suite for the first time and it was absolutely beautiful the size of three rooms put together/ kitchen/ wet room/jazbath two tvs two toilets living area etc it was spotless the maids came every day and cleaned they have always being very friendly and helpful I have never come across any member of staff who wasnt in the ten years of going in fact I have become to know some of them very well and they always make me feel very welcome and I know I am in good hands .
