1. the staff was wonderful overall - quick check-in and checkout, friendly the towel guys, gracious ice cream lady, responsive cleaning staff, and my angel marie at the lost and found who not only tracked down the diamond studs i left behind but offered to mail it back to me.

2. One thing I seriously appreciated was the manager's responses to almost every single review, and I made note of his name to call him in case I encountered any of the issues mentioned in the reviews.
