1. It's hardly what I'd call a resort, even if that were acceptible, and wi-fi is generally free in most other hotels now.

7. Side note: we live in Florida and we know that mold can be a fact of life in hotel rooms and rental cars but this room, 1604 or 1636 don't quite remember, was way beyond acceptable.

10. One day I told the cleaning lady that she could skip cleaning my room, hovever she could not accept that and insisted that she had to, other wise she would be deducted in her paycheck.
