1. Can not say enough about every staff member we encountered, Always friendly with a smile and willing to help in any way possible to make our stay a pleasant one.

I would think dealing with cranky families all day who are exhausted from trips to Disney would wear on the staff, but they were really pleasant- they seem genuinely interested in their guests- even though they must see thousands every week and hear all kinds of complaints from guests like me who are upset they have to pay for breakfast.

3. I had a room on a high floor overlooking the pool, and I could see the fireworks from Disney from my balcony at night, a very pleasant surprise.
