9. What I didn't appreciate was being made to feel like the service staff in front was offering me a favor to park there temporarily while I checked in.

10. About the only real bug bear I'd have is that like most big chain hotels, they charge you for everything they can charge for whereas smaller botiuque hotels and B&Bs tend to be a bit more generous (Wireless internet access is a case in point).
