3. But the food quality was better in of the more expensive restaurants, and the conference meals (including luncheons for a very large crowd and receptions) were very good overall-some of the best I have had.

4. The location of the second room was better but the rooms do not have hooks to hang your towels, no refrigerators, the shampoo is horrible and smells bad.

6. When we first arrived I got on the Elite Members line thinking that we would get better service when in fact I waited almost 40 minutes longer that others on the regular line.
