5. One member of staff was rude to us because he couldn't quite understand our accents and he felt that we weren't speaking loudly enough (not impressed, english is our first language so funnily enough we speak the language perfectly.

9. This is the perfect hotel if you only have a few days at the park and you want to see Harry Potter World, because staying on property allows you and extra hour in the park before the rest of the crowds and your room key is your express pass to the rides.
