I did speak with the manager about the attitudes and unwillingness to care or help I encountered and he offered me a $25 credit for the trouble which would have been great but when I checked it out, it wasn't there and I wasn't about to start arguing with them again :/Overall a wonderful spot for couples, the parks were great just a wonderful, peaceful relaxing time (except for the front desk -lol).

10. The staff was above and beyond and took care of our every whim including the waiter at the pool getting us a 3 hour late check out for free so we could hang out by the pool longer.
