1. In the end result-well worth our stay and the hotel is decorated beautifully, and you felt like you were in Hawaii/South Pacific region.
"Great place for family especially if you are staying at Universal Studios " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/13/2012 Vote
2. There were only a few things I didn't like:The housekeeping tend to knock on your door a bit early (between 8 and 9 AM), so if you aren't early risers be sure to put the Do Not Disturb sign on your door (I did after the first day, but it didn't help since some prankster removed it, and I was woken up again on my second day at 8:30 by a maid wanting to know if she could service the room).
"Ambiance makes for a relaxing break " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/13/2012 Vote
3. I had my family (4 people) so lets do the math - the unlimited express pass is normally like $89 per person extra.
"Great place for family especially if you are staying at Universal Studios " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/13/2012 Vote
4. Also the breakfast buffet was again like $15 per person, well worth it considering the service, fresh foods, omelet bar, and again the service.
"Great place for family especially if you are staying at Universal Studios " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/13/2012 Vote
5. Why I am pretending like I am in Hawaii and being greeted with Aloha in the middle of Florida, is another question.
"Nice rooms, good location, friendly staff - cheesy theme & pricey " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/11/2012 Vote
6. We got our room for a little less than $180 a night (with Florida Resident rates), and that included some great perks like the Express Pass for the rides at either park, and a complimentary breakfast at the new Harry Potter experience inside the park.
"Value, Location, and Convenience! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/10/2012 Vote
7. I really liked the music playing--seemed like mostly 1930s stuff with a South Seas theme--and wish they'd sold a compilation CD in the gift shop.
"Wonderful hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/9/2012 Vote
8. If you'd like a quieter room, maybe request a garden view.
"Wonderful hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/9/2012 Vote
9. Nobody was surprised, nobody was outraged; it was almost like they expected it.
"One housekeeper ruined a great trip " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/9/2012 Vote
10. The more I thought about it the more I felt like I was paid my lip service by the manager and sent on my way.
