1. We are hosting a HUGE business conference.

2. Main advantage is the close proximity to the Parks & the fast pass your receive as a resident (having visited Universal before as a day guest I personally think this is a HUGE advantage).

4. You can WALK to citywalk, which is a huge benefit, and also there is water taxi which is a nice ride.
