1. The only meal we had here was at the pool the food was good, portions big, and reasonably priced.

2. The safe had been left locked buy previous occupants but this was sorted within 30 mins, the safe was very small, not big enough for cameras.

3. I would recommend a stay at the hotel if you are planning a visit to universal or islands of adventure as it entitles you to fast passes for most of the big rides, and early admission to Harry Potter World (even if it does mean being out and about at 7am as it saved a lot of time queuing.

5. The one big disappointment regarding the food was that on our last day we wanted breakfast after we had checked out at 11am, this is the time they stop serving breakfast.
