2. I had a positive experience with the staff - I had left my cell phone on a table in the lobby, and one of the staff turned it in to lost and found - many, many thanks.

3. The best part of the hotel is it position, literaly in front of Sea World (you go walking to the park), in the middle of International Drive, away from rowdy tourists, and near from Premium outlet, Aquatica, Discovery cove and in half of way from Disney parks.

4. This hotel is in the perfect position for familys that don't want to drive, outside the front of the hotel you can get an I-Trolly to international Drive and also the Lynx 50 to Disney and outside of the back you can get the Lynx 100 to Disney on one side of the road Lynx 100 to the Florida Mall on the other.

5. Overall Experience: Very positive, we would return and we would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting excellent service in a welcoming very clean environment, ideally located for access to most of what is going on on Orlando.

7. Cool, strangely shaped rattan lounge sofas are strategically positioned in the atrium but ruined by a terrible blue/green/orange carpet that the hotel should have done away with in the 90s.

One regret -- our stay was too short to check out their beautiful pool --nit picking points -- shower stream could have been stronger, but nice firm mattresses made up for it, no honor bar, but did have refrigeratorAll in all a very positive experience, solid value -- (and a bargain, given our AAA discounted rate).
