4. next morning we had a quickie breakfast Starbucks (coffee, Danish) we got our Sea World passes from concierge, which came with fast passes (can only be used on big rides) and we walked across the street to Sea World, about a 5 min.

6. it takes less than 10 minutes to walk from the foyer to the entrance at Seaworld and you get fast passes for the rides- speak to the hotel concierge Orry who was lovely and remembered all our names when we spoke to him a day or 2 later.

9. The 'loss prevention' team was very courteous and worked as fast as they could, but this seems like something that the maintenance team should have caught.
