1. The staff was superb; with the exception of the two front desk clerks (bad attitude for the jobs they have); they should take a training class from the room service staff and pool staff; my only other dislike was the $16.

6. I enjoyed the Aveda toiletries and the room was relatively quiet, except for when the neighboring room's kids decided to run up and down the halls every morning around 7 am.

9. The pool area never seemed too busy except on the weekend for some reason but on the whole we were very happy to spend our mornings by the pool and then go off in the afternoon and experience all the other things Orlando does best.

10. On arrival we decided we would upgrade our room and opted for a room with a balcony overlooking Sea World, ideal for watching the night time fireworks, except that unknown to us the park closes at 6.
