3. I think the hotel is about 30 years old but it was well kept and when the curtains were shut, nice pitch black and quiet for a good nights rest.

4. What was other wise a good deal on the room, was spoiled by this $15 a day + tax (don't forget the tax) which ran my bill up another $50 bucks.
