1. We were greeted on the main desk by Melissa and another of the hotel staff, what a welcome they had remembered my email without me mentioning it and that we were on a trip for our anniversary, check in was quick and we were shown to our room, we already knew there were no lifts but I had asked for top floor but even so they offered assistance with the cases.
