1. We had a serious problem with the room we checked into and 1 call to the desk and they were very happy to move us to a different location.

9. We requested a room overlooking the pool so anyone who didn't wish to swim didn't feel too isolated from the rest of the family who were in the pool, the staff were more then happy to accomodate.
