1. We enjoyed that temperature at 9 at night this first week of October, but during the day? The grounds were kept spotless and there was plenty of parking, poolside chairs, places to sit and hang out.

5. The carpets, as you'll see in other reviews on this site, are somewhat outdated and dirty, but the rest of the room is spotless.
