2. The general Manager left a message on the answering machine on the next day telling that she was sorry but it had never happened with this maid before, who works there for a long period.

3. (Times vary by season) Basically most of the parks closed to the general public at 8pm and we then had to wait around until 10pm or later for the return shuttle.

5. Breakfast is complementary and generally consisted of scrambled eggs and what the US passes off as bacon ( give me british bacon anyday LOL), a variety of cereals, muffins, coissants, juices and coffee and to top it all make your own waffles.

6. Im an experienced traveller both to Orlando for holidays and to the USA in general for work and have stayed in various big name Hotels and on site at Disneyworld so wasnt expecting huge things from this more moderatly priced hotel but have to say everything about it was spot on.
