1. We arrived around 3am and were immediately greeted by the front desk with our paperwork ready and a person to help us get our luggage out of the car and up to the room.

10. The hotel provided complimentary two-way shuttle buses to the theme parks (although it would have been more helpful if the timings were more frequent), but hey, it was free.
