1. During the day I could see them cleaning the room across from us and I was extremely impressed with the care the staff was taking to completely clean and sterilize the room.

3. I noticed that care has been taken to keep the rooms from quickly looking tired - for example, corners in the room are wrapped with plexi to keep them from chipping and marble tops on desk, dresser and luggage bench make them chip proof.

4. when that is not my appropriate title? Why wouldn't the reservation be listed in my Gold Points account? Why would I make a reservation for four adults when I was only traveling with my daughter? Why wouldn't I choose the AAA rate opposed to their best available rate (which is always higher)? BE CAREFUL WHEN MAKING RESERVATIONS DIRECTLY WITH THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IF YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL, TEN TIMES OUT OF TEN, YOU'RE GOING TO BE PENALIZED FOR DECIDING NOT TO STAY AT THEIR HOTEL WHEN THERE ARE OTHER HOTELS THAT ARE MORE QUALITATIVE THAN THEIRS.

9. The noise from traffic when you are at the pool has been taken care of with music from the outside speakers *could definately do without the techno music though, something a little more tropical/relaxing would be nice.
